Shop from the Heart, a Night of Giving is an after-hours shopping event at MacArthur Center that will be held Sunday, November 13, 2011, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The event stemmed from the previous Fantasy Shopping Night events, which have been held annually at MacArthur Center since 1999 and have raised over $250,000 for CHKD. This year’s Shop from the Heart will continue to be the official kick-off to the holiday shopping season and benefit the CHKD, but will offer a few added benefits and surprises as well. “We felt it was time for a change, and are excited to present an even more enjoyable after-hours shopping event with more entertainment, more pizzazz and more prizes. Shop from the Heart will not only provide an exciting evening of shopping and entertainment, but will also serve to help so many children in need,” said Karen Winters, Marketing and Sponsorship Director for MacArthur Center.

Those that purchase their $10 tickets in advance will be entered to win one of two $500 MacArthur Center gift card.
Proceeds from Shop from the Heart will help Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters provide care
to victims of child abuse as well as children coping with injuries, birth defects, acute illnesses and
chronic diseases like diabetes and cancer.
